Your chosen date and time of the booking is secured once payment has been received.

Please make sure you attend the booking on time and at the correct location.

Changes to bookings

Once a booking is made it can not usually be changed. However we may allow a change to be made at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

For operational reasons we reserve the right to change the location of the booking at any time as long as it does not result in an additional 30 minutes of travel time between the pre-arranged location and the new location.

If you have booked a group of 5 or more and have paid a deposit;

  • You may reduce the number of people attending and receive their deposit back or a credit note towards the final balance as long as the reduction in participants is no more than 35% of the total group number and this change is made at least 14 days prior to the booking taking place.

  • You can increase the number of participants subject to the payment of a deposit for their place.

Poor Weather Conditions

On the rare occasion poor weather conditions and weather warnings may prevent the booking from going ahead. Several options are open to you if this is the case;

  • You can move the booking to our sister company and shoot indoors on the simulator at the same date and time or that of a mutually agreed date and time.

  • You can exchange the booking value paid for gift vouchers that shall be valid for and redeemable within a 24 month time frame.

  • You can reschedule your booking to another date and time.

We do not issue refunds for poor weather as we have a policy of shared liability when conditions prevent a booking from progressing.

The coach in charge on the day shall have the final decision concerning weather conditions and if a booking can go ahead.
